النموذج المجاني

النموذج الأولي مجاني ولا يتطلب أي دفع. إذا لم يعجبك، لا تدفع شيئاً.

باقة السنة الأولى

  • إذا لم نطلق الموقع خلال ٧ أيام من استلام المعلومات والصور المطلوبة منك، يحق لك استرداد المبلغ كاملاً.
  • بعد إطلاق الموقع واعتماده، لا تُسترد باقة السنة الأولى، لأن العمل يكون قد اكتمل.

التجديد السنوي

  • يمكنك إبلاغنا برسالة واتساب أو بريد إلكتروني، في أي وقت قبل موعد التجديد، أنك لا ترغب في التجديد.
  • يبقى موقعك وبريدك يعملان حتى نهاية السنة المدفوعة.
  • لا نسترد قيمة جزء من سنة بدأت بالفعل.
  • يبقى نطاقك وبريدك ملكك، ونسلّمك ملفات موقعك كاملة عند الطلب.

طلب الاسترداد أو الإلغاء

راسلنا على info@ketcode.com، ونرد خلال يومي عمل. المبالغ المستحقة تُعاد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية عبر Stripe.

Free demo

The first demo is free and requires no payment. If you do not like it, you pay nothing.

First-year package

  • If we do not launch within 7 days of receiving the information and photos we need, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Once the site is launched and approved, the first-year package is non-refundable because the work is complete.

Annual renewal

  • You can tell us by WhatsApp or email at any time before your renewal date that you do not wish to renew.
  • Your site and email stay live until the end of the paid year.
  • We do not refund part of a year that has already started.
  • Your domain and email remain yours, and we hand over your full site files on request.

Requesting a refund or cancellation

Email info@ketcode.com and we will reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
