تحكم هذه الشروط خدمة تصميم المواقع واستضافتها التي تقدمها Ketcode LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجلة في ولاية وايومنغ بالولايات المتحدة («نحن»). باعتمادك النموذج ودفع رسم التنفيذ، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
١. الخدمة
نبني لنشاطك موقعاً إلكترونياً، ونستضيفه، ونجري عليه التعديلات المتفق عليها، ونساعد في تحديث ملفك في خرائط قوقل. نطاق كل مشروع هو ما يظهر في النموذج المعتمد منك.
٢. النموذج المجاني والاعتماد
نقدم نموذجاً أولياً مجاناً ودون أي التزام. لا يبدأ التنفيذ المدفوع إلا بعد موافقتك على النموذج ودفع رسم التنفيذ.
٣. الرسوم والدفع
- باقة السنة الأولى تُدفع مرة واحدة عند الاعتماد، وتشمل التصميم والإطلاق والاستضافة وبريداً باسم شركتك والصيانة لمدة اثني عشر شهراً من تاريخ الإطلاق.
- من السنة الثانية، تُجدَّد الباقة سنوياً بسعر التجديد المعلن، ونذكّرك قبل كل تجديد.
- تتم المدفوعات عبر Stripe. الأسعار بالريال السعودي، والفاتورة صادرة من Ketcode LLC.
٤. التزاماتك
تقدم لنا معلومات وصوراً صحيحة تملك حق استخدامها، وتتحمل مسؤولية محتوى نشاطك ومطابقته للأنظمة المعمول بها.
٥. النطاق والملكية
يُسجَّل النطاق باسمك ويبقى ملكك، ورسومه السنوية على حسابك. بريدك ومحتوى نشاطك وملفات موقعك ملكك، ونسلّمها لك عند الطلب. القوالب والأدوات البرمجية التي نستخدمها تبقى ملكنا.
٦. التعديلات خلال السنة
تشمل الباقة تعديلات المحتوى المعتادة، مثل الأسعار والخدمات والصور وساعات العمل. الإضافات الكبيرة، مثل أقسام أو وظائف جديدة، يُتفق عليها بسعر منفصل.
٧. عدم التجديد
يمكنك اختيار عدم التجديد في أي وقت قبل موعد التجديد. التفاصيل في سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
نبذل العناية المعقولة لإبقاء الموقع متاحاً وآمناً، لكننا لا نضمن عدداً معيناً من العملاء أو ترتيباً معيناً في نتائج البحث. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
٩. التواصل
These terms govern the website design and hosting service provided by Ketcode LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we"). By approving a demo and paying the setup fee, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We build, host and maintain a website for your business, make agreed edits, and help update your Google Maps profile. The scope of each project is the demo you approve.
2. Free demo and approval
The first demo is free and carries no obligation. Paid work starts only after you approve the demo and pay the setup fee.
3. Fees and payment
- The first-year package is paid once, on approval, and covers design, launch, hosting, a business email and care for twelve months from launch.
- From the second year, the plan renews annually at the published renewal price. We remind you before each renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Saudi riyals and invoices are issued by Ketcode LLC.
4. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information and images you have the right to use, and you are responsible for your business content and its compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Domain and ownership
The domain is registered in your name and remains yours; its annual fees are yours. Your business email, content and site files are yours, and we hand them over on request. The templates and code we use remain ours.
6. Edits during the year
The package covers routine content edits such as prices, services, photos and hours. Larger additions such as new sections or features are quoted separately.
7. Non-renewal
You may choose not to renew at any time before your renewal date. See our refund and cancellation policy.
8. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep your site available and secure, but we do not guarantee a number of customers or any search ranking. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
